eTEK is looking for a passionate, confident, articulate and energetic business development associate with experience selling components to OEM’s or Tier 2 Manufactures. To lead our sales objectives, source prospective clients and identify decision makers. Will include prospecting, cold calling, sending marketing collateral, following up on existing leads or contacting open opportunities. Updating of Zoho CRM. This position is for a sales hunter.

Contact potential new customers and follow up with existing customers.

Review customer prints & models to validate a likely technical fit based on knowledge of eTEK’s manufacturing capabilities.

Assist with quoting and scheduling.

Collaborate on ideas on marketing efforts, trade shows, etc.

Follow a Sales Process:

Prospect, Qualify, Proposing, Negotiate, Close, and Post Delivery Follow-Up.

Nurturing sales leads and collaborate with management.

Capture feedback from customers and provide to management to help improve offerings.

Assist with quote setup sheets.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.

A solid command of all business development functions including prospecting, relationship building, presenting to customers, selling/closing, and deal negotiations.

Stay current on competitive data and industry, client and competitive trends

Deliver monthly/quarterly and annual new business revenue goals and accurately forecast.

About You:

Experienced business development professional.

Experience selling Components to OEM’s or Tier 2 Manufactures.

Experience to generate leads through networking and cold calling along with a strong ability to close deals.

Must possess a stellar work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

Is passionate about thriving sales and customer experience

Requirements:

Two plus years of sales experience and customer management.

This is an in-office position located in Cedarburg WI, with some travel as needed to trade shows and client meetings, etc. ( not a remote position)

Experience in on-boarding new clients

Experience with Zoho or other CRM’s

Proven oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Ability to engage in technical and business discussions at a high level.

Ability to work with resources to bring resolution to difficult or emotional customer situations.

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email.

Has a proven and successful track record of delivering results in sales and account management.
