We are seeking a Call Center Representative (Senior IS Technician) to join our team. As a Senior IS Technician, you will be responsible for providing prompt technical responses to questions from retail stores and pharmacy employees. You will need to maintain a thorough knowledge of problem escalation and follow-up processes to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of technical support experience in a call center setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a remote position and can be done from anywhere in Utah. The schedule is 5 days a week (Mon - Sun), 2nd shift with the potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance and business needs.

• Taking inbound calls
• Providing prompt technical responses to questions from retail stores and pharmacy employees regarding troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems for their software and hardware issues.

• Tracking incidents in a case tracking system
• Take live trouble-shooting calls daily 100% of the time
