TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTER DETAILS:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $19-20/hr

• In this role, you will be programming handheld point of sale

devices and inventory devices.

• You will follow step-by-step instructions and update each step

using the company's computer software program.

• Candidates will occasionally put together kits for Field

Technicians with appropriate installation items.

• Communicating with field technicians regarding installations
• Troubleshooting when necessary

TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must be comfortable operating a dual-screen computer

system

• Candidates must be able to type at least 35 wpm
• Candidates will be required to lift up to 40lbs several times

during a shift

• Candidates will need to be able to work with accuracy, and read and

verify small print (serial numbers)

• Construction knowledge is a plus
• Great communication skills
