- Must live within 50 miles of Oceanside, CA
- HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in related field (ie. Construction Planning or Network Operations) with a Telecommunications company
- Valid Drivers’ License and reliable transportation to drive between work sites (Mileage reimbursement offered)
- Knowledge of Window based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and/or to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization. Strong written and verbal skills.
- Must be self-motivated and enjoy a challenging fast paced work environment.
- Previous experience in CATV (Cable TV) outside plant construction
- Previous experience in Telecom (phone, broadband) outside plant construction
- Technical experience related to CATV (cable) outside plant operation
- Project management experience related to CATV/Telecom outside plant construction
- Experience with electrical / civil outside plant construction
- Familiarity with Workflow And Task Tracking Systems (WATTS)
- AS/AA or Technical Certification in related discipline desired
- Basic knowledge of the HFC and Fiber Plant to include: understanding of the telecom infrastructure, how service is provided; fiber to node; power supply and trunk knowledge
- Experience in telecommunications industry desired
- Familiarity / Exposure to reading civil engineering maps
- Experience with Coaxial/ fiber residential build
- $40-$46/hr
This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Cox. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements
