Temporary Evening Part-Time Telephone Interviewer (Market Research Surveys): A telephone interviewer is the key person in the collection of data by asking scripted questions and accurately recording the answers. The interviewer creates the vital link between the client and who the client wants to research (consumers, customers, employees, etc). This position is part-time and flexible; evening and weekend shifts are available in our Milwaukee office. Absolutely no sales involved. Sought after qualifications are:

• Pleasant phone manners and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent reading skills a must. Reading is verbatim from a script.
• Articulate, clear tone of voice, and appropriate intonation.
• Experience with computers (types a minimum 35 WPM, proficient in MS Office a plus).
• Friendly and persuasive with the ability to accept rejection impersonally.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A desire to learn.
• 18+ years of age
• No other experience is necessary -- we will train you!

Position type: Temporary (3 to 6 months)/ part-time. The position may or may not evolve into a permanent position.

Hours: Monday through Thursday: 5pm to 9pm / Saturday: 10am to 3pm. Start time is flexible to accomodate those with a second job.

Shifts: We request that you schedule at least 2 shifts per week and an additional 1-2 Saturdays per month. You are welcome to work more!
