We’d like to welcome a Teller (Member Service Representative) responsible for providing an excellent Member experience in each and every interaction by accurately processing a variety of financial transactions.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Member Service Representatives are responsible for servicing our Members’ financial needs by accurately processing a variety of transactions for share, checking accounts, money market and share certificates in a friendly and service-oriented manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will focus on educating our Members to sell and cross-sell a variety of financial products and services, while developing and retaining loyal relationships with the Credit Union.
Under the lead of the Member Service Supervisor you will be working with Members and your teammates to meet and exceed individual and Credit Union goals. The suitable candidate has a high level of ethics, good judgement and common sense. Understands the importance of following credit union policies and procedures. You must enjoy a fast-paced work environment and thrive on delivering quality customer service!

To be considered you need to be available for scheduling during our business hours: Monday – Friday 8:30AM-6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30AM to 2:30PM.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- A minimum six (6) months of cash handling experience required.
- A minimum six (6) months of demonstrated customer service skills required.
- Previous Credit Union or banking experience desired.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Good PC skills: Ability to use ten key and basic use of Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Service oriented and accurate team player.
