The purpose of the on-site temp will be to assist Marketing Partnerships and Group Sales with all logistics of Partner and Private/Publicly sold events during the run of the 2022 Christmas Spectacular; To act as a representative of MSG and liaison to other departments and/or vendors.
What will you do?
- Oversee labor to ensure quality of event production
- Facilitate load-in/out with catering and rentals based on approved building schedules
- Create event memos for all partner events and send to MSG building distribution lists
- Create Santa & Rockettes Request Memos
- Ensure security list is provided to Stage Door in advance, and that proper credentials are provided to early arrivals catering staff and partner leads/VIPs
- Help manage Radio City staff for Roxy parties and exit/egress sampling
- Escort talent (Rockettes & Santa) for each event – Communicate with handlers and Rockettes Admin to confirm time of pick-up/drop-off
- Assist MSG Account Managers and Group Sales Representatives with administrative needs on-site
- Work with Treasury/Box Office as needed
- Create gift bags with Christmas merchandise for all Roxy Suite Receptions, private partner tours, and/or personalized drop at seats
- Following each event, making sure the Roxy is in great shape for the next
- Problem solve – Help to identify potential issues/problems at an early stage and work through mutually beneficial solutions with Account managers
- MSG MP Account Managers and Group Sales Representatives must be on-site to host their partner-specific events, with on-site temp as support. Should anyone cover for them, they must be fully informed on the details of the event in best efforts to speak to client and/or building staff
