The Athletics Department is currently seeking a Temporary Grab and Go Station Nutrition Attendant to join their team of professionals. This position assists the Sports Dietitian in providing nutrition services to all fourteen Intercollegiate Athletic teams to assist student-athletes in achieving optimal athletic performance. Primary responsibilities include food service operations, assisting in product ordering, receiving and distribution for all sports teams, menu creation, and maintaining facilities. This is a paid position and allows the opportunity for valuable “hands on” experience in sports nutrition. Sports nutrition experience a plus. Duties include:

  • Serve as a member of the menu management team for the fueling station, charged with enhancing the nutritional content of recipes and production techniques for nutritionally adequate meals for athletic performance and recovery.
  • Assisting in management of Grab and Go program including daily operations, ordering, receiving, storage, stocking, and overall inventory management.
  • Supervision of student assistants and volunteer interns with fueling station staffing, operations, procurement system and maintaining facilities.
  • Assisting in development of educational materials and fueling station events.
  • Consistent engagement with the student-athletes.

  • Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, 6:30am-12:00pm or 7:00pm - 12:00am

Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of office or related experience providing administrative support, or coordinating functions of an office or department.
