American West provides a luxury delivery experience to customers in their homes that matches the quality of furniture they have purchased from high end retailers. Responsible for all STL terminal operations through the successful management of staff and operations. Management and administrative functions related to the terminal including maintenance issues, personnel issues, training, safety and customer service. Assists in managing a logistics operation that provides support to customers, ensuring orders are received, loaded, and shipped safely, on schedule, efficiently, economically, and that all documentation is processed as required.

Manage fleet drivers, perform evaluations and disciplinary procedures for driver and warehouse staff, manage timecards. Works closely with local delivery drivers to achieve and maintain high service levels.

Reviews schedules and routes for truck deliveries/ pickups. Works closely with Delivery Coordinator and Local drivers to achieve and maintain high service levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
