Responsibilities:
· Support overall testing approach for the portfolio.
· Responsible for the co-ordination of testing activities within BTS projects
· Working closely with the Functional and Technical resources to establish appropriate test scenarios to achieve the design target quality objectives.
· Report quality metrics each week as defined by the testing lead.
· Work on testing activities ranging from unit testing, integration to user acceptance testing.
· Identify and route defect to appropriate team for resolution.
· Execution of appropriate test cases and schedules
· Share Testing/ QA knowledge with team members.
· Facilitate test planning workshops with relevant stakeholders
· Ensure that data requirements are managed to support testing.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of related work experience or training
· Strong analytical and interpersonal, communication skills required.
· Ability to take complex situations and simplify to aid in change management communication.
· Ability to be open to change; strong listening skills.
· Participate in team discussions, solicit input and facilitate decisions in a professional manner.
· Ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet users' expectations while working as part of a larger team.
· Great organization and time management skills with the desire to complete projects on time.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $88,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
