Testing Coordinator
Full-time. Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm Pacific
The Role:
The Testing Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who helps to support the company’s in-person and online practice testing for both regular and special events. The students who complete Compass practice tests are clients or prospective clients for test prep tutoring programs. The Testing Coordinator also supports new products related to practice testing and performs additional administrative tasks, as needed, as part of the company’s administrative team. The position reports to the Operations Director and Practice Test and Classroom Manager. This is a remote position.
Essential Functions:
- Support in proctor coordination (hiring/training/scheduling/post-test follow-up)
- Support in test day coordination (setting up a test/day-of contact for the administration/post-test follow-up)
- Support in the development of AP programs and classroom programs
- Update test materials frequently (proctor training materials, scripts, family confirmation emails, etc.)
- Update pages on company website (particularly practice test location pages)
- Build event registration websites for schools for practice tests and webinars
- Create Zoom events for College Night Presentations
- Data entry (practice test rosters) / grading
- Answering phones
- Responding to emails (communicating with families/counselors/proctors)
- Keep events up to date in proprietary CRM interface
- Researching and booking venues for practice test events
- Provide overall great customer service to prospective clients, active clients, and tutors for all regional offices
- Create and maintain sensitive e-files for clients, employees, and operational functions

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience interacting with clients over the phone and via email
- Experience with data entry and spreadsheets
- WordPress/website building and Adobe Creative Suite experience is helpful, but not required
- Able to work productively with minimal supervision
- Able to work remotely: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time
