Company Overview

Field Control Analytics (FCA), based in Dallas, TX, is the leader in employee screening, smart badging, construction site access control, and the production of automated workforce data and analytics. FCA produces powerful information on the construction workforce starting with assurance workers are properly credentialed before entering a jobsite. FCA carries over 20 years’ experience and a portfolio surpassing 2,000 construction projects and over 6,000 clients. FCA operates in 23 states with 100 employees. It has a need to fill a Texas-regional sales position based in the Dallas-area. Regional responsibilities include DFW, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.

Position Overview

FCA carries a portfolio of over 1,000 Texas-based construction contractor clients and education industry clients including 23 independent school districts in North Texas. Revenue is generated by screening and badging construction workers participating in large public construction bond programs and by performing pre-employment screening services that include background checks and drug testing.

The goal of this position is to increase Company revenue through the sale of screening services to existing and new clients, and screening + badging services to additional Texas independent school districts, K-12 private and public schools in Texas and elsewhere. Focus is primarily on existing clients and networking through construction association presence.

This is a full-time, exempt position earning a base salary plus commissions on screening and badging revenue.
Individual must have reliable transportation and 10 - 20% travel is expected. Position is home-based in the DFW- area.

Main Responsibilities

A. Sell existing clients add-on services
B. Sell new ISD construction bond and capital improvement programs & vendor badging programs
C. Sell (other) education client construction contractor badging programs
D. Network and be active in assigned construction associations – events, conferences, volunteer committees

Expectations

A. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
B. Strong work ethic, high initiative, and self-motivation
C. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
D. Heavy prospecting and telephone cold calling
E. Attend in-person and virtual networking events
F. Develop proposals and presentations
G. Work directly with Leadership to develop, execute, and evaluate sales and marketing efforts
H. Publish scheduled content to Company social media pages
I. Participate in local association networking events as requested by Management
J. Participate in all Company sales training sessions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
