Hiring Salary Range: $57,000.00 - 65,000.00

Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between the talent department and other departments throughout the show, ensuring all teams are on the same page regarding talent-related logistics
Manage shared calendars throughout the department
Pitch potential guests and creative bits for guests
Organize backstage and audience lists for all talent
Continually manage, maintain, and improve talent green rooms and show hospitality.
Maintain weekly department logs such as shared talent grids, guest listings, and contacts sheets
Assist Supervising producer with day-to-day tasks such as managing schedules, phone logs, meeting reminders, etc

Qualifications:
1-2 years of professional experience
Strong interest and familiarity with late-night and pop culture
Organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of all social media platforms and understanding of social media culture and responsibility
Positive attitude
Ability to think ahead, catch problems before they arise, and come up with solutions
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to interact with high-profile talent and executives

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
