The Advocate provides therapeutic case management and clinical services to the clients of Innovation360 Austin. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide direct services to clients by providing therapy, facilitating creative assessment exercises, managing client cases and/or facilitating Life Development sessions
  • Collaborate with client, families, and outside professionals, overseeing the integrity of the client's treatment experience
  • Present client information, progress and setbacks at weekly clinical meetings
  • Ensure client charts are complete and compliant, alongside the Clinical Director
  • Remain knowledgeable of all activities and events in a client’s treatment
  • Provide families with connection to their family member’s treatment
  • Keep an open line of communication among all members of the treatment team
  • Facilitate monthly treatment reviews informed by communication with all participating healthcare providers and i360 team members to determine ongoing needs
  • Discuss and contribute to program plan renewals with client, family members, the Client Liaison, and Clinical Director
  • Attend marketing, CEUs, and community events as a means of promoting the i360 mission statement

Reporting

  • Reports to the Clinical Manager

Qualifications

  • Must have one of the following: Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LCDC, LMFT-A or LMFT. Considerations for this position will be considered if candidate is within 6 months of licensure eligibility.
  • Two years of full-time direct practice experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of treatment providers, family members and clients

Internship Compensation:

  • LPC supervision available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
