DUTIES AND Responsibilities include teaching health services

RESPONSIBILITIES: assistant students, to include classroom and clinical

experience; coordinate clinical experience with appropriate

health service institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS: Holds a high school diploma or GED, be a West Virginia Registered Nurse, have two (2) years’ work experience as a Registered Nurse, and one (1) year work preferred experience in long-term (2000 hour) care. This work experience could be obtained through a certified nursing facility, or a certified distinct part of a hospital. Pass a basic skills test, NOCTI trade exam and enter a college program to obtain teacher certification.

SALARY: James Rumsey Technical Institute salary schedule relevant to level of education and years of experience starting at $45,778.

EMPLOYMENT TERM: 200 days

STARTING DATE: July 1, 2023
