Job Summary:
This position requires a self-motivated, safety-conscious individual to coordinate the day-to-day payroll/timekeeping responsibilities of a construction job site.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Timekeeping for all active jobs in the area, organizing payroll data, and timely reporting to the main office
- Receiving and distributing communications
- Maintaining supplies and equipment
- Picking-up and delivering items as needed
- Timely submitting all required, completed information to the HR Administrator for processing; and sending all employee information back to HR Administrator for document retention
Qualifications:
- Must have at least three (3) years administrative/clerical/customer service experience in a construction, manufacturing, and or petrochemical in environment preferred
- Organized and self-driven/motivated
- Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook experience required
- Ability to clearly articulation information
- Effective communicator and collaborator
