RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform training sessions for new hire orientation.
  • Perform on the job training for new hires, employees transferring departments and regularly scheduled/periodic training.
  • Routinely perform training verification and training follow-up for new hires and regular employees.
  • Perform training sessions across all areas of the Company on a regular basis.
  • Assist with design and development of training material.
  • Mentors area process trainers.
  • Perform training needs-based assessments across all areas of the Company.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life
  • Maintain employee training records.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and complete work independently is crucial
  • Collaboration - collaborate/consult with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent computer skills
