We are searching for a licensed Transaction Coordinator to assist our growing real estate team!
You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
Responsibilities: In this role, you are truly a coordinator and source of information for agents. We are all about the success of the real estate agent, and this role supports agents as they do deals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sending escrow emails to the title
• Scheduling inspections
• Writing BINSR on behalf of agents
• Ensuring clients understand timelines and are complying with the contract
• Coordinate signing and sending of documents by all stakeholders, including clients, agents, lenders, brokers, and title representatives
• Request clients' reviews at the end of the transaction
• Upload clean paperwork to SkySlope for transaction management and broker approval

This role is functioning as the traffic controller of each real estate deal. You must be organized, abide by timelines, and keep all parties informed. If you don't like paperwork, you will not enjoy this role.
Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
