The Worcester Youth Center helps prepare young people 14 - 24 to be successful in life through career and education activities, creative leadership opportunities and supporting healthy lifestyles. The Youth Center is open Monday - Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Employees are expected to participate in some weekend activities throughout the year and in general activities.

Transitional Support Staff (Case Manager) plays a vital role in the success of the older youth enrolled at WYC. This position performs outreach, case management, employment and life coaching, enrollments, assessments, data entry and reporting. Caseload up to 30 clients. Tracks individual success plans and provides relentless support for client achievement. Ability to establish professional client rapport. Workforce development experience and knowledge of opportunities/limitation for court involved youth a must. Good written/verbal communication, time management skills, and ability to work efficiently within teams. Contributes to the mission and values of the organization.

Associate’s+ 4 years of experience required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. This position is 40hrs per week and includes paid vacation and health insurance benefits.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
