Position Description/Requirements:

· Must be a U.S. Citizen

· SECRET clearance is required

· Bachelor’s Degree in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business Administration

· Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience and five (5) of those years must be in logistics or supply chain management

· Must possess the skills and abilities to be able to provide overall supervision for employees to include, but not limited to: planning and managing warehousing, distribution and transportation operations professionally, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources, ensuring accurate and timely reports are provided, coaching and mentoring supervisors and leads, providing effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of the labor-hour services, and ensuring cost saving factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost

· Successful performance in a Department of Defense supply/logistics operation is a PLUS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,484.00 - $111,982.00 per year

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Patuxent River, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
