Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (St. Louis Park, Shakopee, Midway)
We are looking for a talented treatment coordinator for our growing orthodontic practice. Come and join our fun team! Full time employment includes working in St. Louis Park (2 days/wk), Shakopee (1 day/wk), and the Midway area of St. Paul (1 day/wk). Schedule is alternating M-Th, then Tu-F. No evenings or weekends! The best candidates are friendly, positive, confident, and possess great people skills. They are comfortable with a computer and have acquired good phone skills. Licensed Dental Assistants can also apply for this position (increased salary for LDAs). Previous work experience in a dental or orthodontic office is required.

Treatment coordinators are vital to our practice! They are responsible for the new patient experience, preparing for the first visit and ensuring a smooth transition into active orthodontic treatment. They present financial options and verify insurance coverage.

Our offices use up-to-date technology, implementing both self-ligating brackets and Invisalign (we are a Diamond office). We use the iTero scanner to replace most impressions, as well as digital photos and radiographs.
