Valet Attendant - Sentinel - $1000 Hiring Incentive
Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The primary duties of the Valet Attendant are to help with the check-in/check-out processes, and to accommodate guests during their stay in a pleasant and efficient manner. This role serves as official greeter and escort of guests/visitors and is responsible to handle luggage and related in a courteous and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills and excellent guest relations’ skills are required. Must have a strong knowledge of the surrounding areas and the ability to establish a sense of security to the guests/visitors. This positions involves valet parking of the guests’ vehicle. Verification of a good driving/motor vehicle record is required. Heavy work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 40 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Tips - supplemental pay
$500 sign on bonus paid out after 90 days of successful employment; additional $500 paid out after 6 months of successful employment.
In addition, because this position will involve valet parking duties, the person in this position must meet the driving criteria for approved drivers:
- Must possess valid state driver’s license, not expired or suspended and with no pending Failures to Appear (FTA).
- Cannot have a major violation on their driving record, no more than one at fault accident of any type in the last three years, and no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
- Excellent driving skills
- Must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
