Here at Bremerton Health & Rehabilitation Center, we are currently seeking a PT Medical Transportation Driver with an active NAC (Preferred) to join our family. We offer a COMPETITIVE WAGE AND BENEFITS package DOE.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for transporting and escorting residents to/from medical appointments, Activities outings and general errands. Additionally, the Transportation driver is also responsible for picking up new Admissions from nearby hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, etc. The Transportation driver is also responsible for maintenance of the facility wheelchair accessible van; including scheduling and arranging for general preventative maintenance, minor repairs, licensing, etc. The transportation driver will help out on the floor as an NAC in between driving responsibilities. Typical work schedule is M-F, with hours determined by daily transport needs; but guaranteed 40 hour FT per week.

Qualifications:

• Must have current Drivers license in good standing with clean driving record
• Must have active CNA/NAC licensure in state indicated with no enforcement action against it
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to speak, understand, read and write in English
