Oz Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinarian for our AAHA accredited and Cat Friendly certified hospital in Lincoln Park Chicago, and our newest hospital is in Rogers Park Chicago.

You will be part of a compassionate, dynamic, and progressive team with a mission to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients and clients.

· Oz Animal Hospital is family owned with no corporate ties.

· We have full in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, laser therapy, stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma therapy, anesthetic monitoring, suction, hot air blanket equipment and much more.

· We have longer appointment times which allow our doctors to tailor medical recommendations, educate pet owners, and deliver all the recommended treatments.

· We keep multiple appointment slots open each day to account for clients with sick pets which helps streamline workflow and we are an appointment-based hospital.

· Work-life balance is particularly important, so we use local 24-hour hospitals to manage cases after our normal business hours if necessary, and we close at 6 pm during the week, 3 pm on Saturday, and we are closed on Sunday.

· We also have an excellent mentorship program using a team approach which assures an excellent outcome.

· We have optimal doctor-to-technician ratios in exam rooms and in surgery and we typically hire only experienced candidates, including certified technicians.

Our compensation and benefits package includes the following:

· Excellent starting salary based on your experience from $110,000 to $125,000 per year plus a monthly production bonus, total compensation year one $130,000 to 157,000+ includes a $10,000 dollar sign-on bonus, and we offer an additional relocation expense payment

· 4-day work week, 2-weekends off every month

Pay: $130,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year
