Job Description for a Veterinary Assistant / Technician Rolesville Veterinary Hospital

Responsibilities

• General practice wellness and critical care skills
• Care of hospitalized patients
• Experience with monitoring surgical procedures
• Experience with lab diagnostics
• Taking radiographs, dental radiographs, and dental prophies
• Placing IV catheters
• Client education and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• The ideal candidate will have two years of related experience in the veterinary profession

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 1-year related experience
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Positive attitude
• Must be able to multitask and thrive in a team environment
• Cornerstone experience a plus
