Specific responsibilities & duties:
- Learn how to use and navigate our computer-based management software including scheduling, client database, reminders, invoicing, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and manage phone calls, emails, in-person client service, etc.
- Be able to provide compassionate customer service with emergent medical conditions and end of life events.
- Develop great client relationships and earn a relationship for delivering exceptional client service.
- Handling animals at times is necessary as well as other duties as assigned.
- Ability to process payments.
- Punctuality and reliability is expected.
Required qualifications/experience:
- Our ideal candidate will have had previous experience as a veterinary receptionist and/or experience in the veterinary industry.
- Experience with Avimark veterinary software is a plus.

Maplebrook Pet Care Center offers a wonderful benefits package including discounted pet care, retirement plan with company match (IRA simple plan), and uniform allowance. Pay rate is based on qualifications.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
