Veterinary Client Care Representative in Garfield Hts, OH!

Currently, we are seeking to add a Client Care Representative (CCR) to our team! The ideal candidate would have Veterinary Hospital experience, BUT it's ok if you don't.

Responsibilities:
We aren't going to beat around the bush....being a CCR can be challenging at times, BUT it can be incredibly fulfilling as well! This position requires a joyful personality who can multi-task, think on their feet, and stay organized. You will be answering phones, checking clients in and out, filing, typing, handling financial transactions, cleaning, learning and communicating veterinary medical terms, interacting with team members to help keep our appointments running efficiently, and more.
We will fully train you, support you, encourage you, AND set you up for success in this position.
