Tandigm Health is looking for a Vice President, Marketing and Communications, basedin the greater Philadelphia area (hybrid schedule), to help support our mission of positive disruption in healthcare!

Tandigm Health’s Vice President, Marketing Communications will be responsible for all brand assets, communications, public relations, and marketing. In this role, you will be passionate about improving patient care, be aware of value-based approaches to healthcare, and be attuned to the perspectives and needs of providers and patients. You'll also monitor impact and use data and feedback to continuously improve marketing communications approaches. This role is responsible for establishing the permanent use of Tandigm Health’s brand experience program to ensure our customers’ evolving perspectives inform service and technology design.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversees all areas of marketing and communications strategy and deployment. Communications includes all market, provider, and patient facing material.
  • Develops the annual marketing communications plan inclusive of the strategies, goals, tactics and resources necessary to achieve company goals.
  • Provides marketing communications leadership and/or supports the design, development, and implementation of products and service lines.
  • Responsible for establishing and enforcing appropriate presence and proper usage of the Tandigm brand in all of its use cases.
  • Establishes and continuously improves the approach to supporting the organizations communications needs, ensuring all communications meet brand guidelines, and are designed for optimal impact.
  • Oversee all paid, earned, owned and shared communications along with sponsorship opportunities
  • Manages and develops the internal team, and engages with external partner/vendors as needed.
  • Coordinates with leadership and, where applicable, Tandigm’s board, on regional and national marketing and PR strategies.
  • Drives the use of data and analytics to gain insight into market and competitor analysis for targeted campaigns.
  • Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
  • Provides marketing/communications input and support to the senior leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Communications or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Over 15 years’ experience in healthcare industry; Population Health Management experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Proven strategist with ability to direct tactical efforts
  • Highly responsible individual capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Project, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of managed care, fee-for-service, commercial, and Medi-Medi health care markets and health plans
  • Demonstrated achievement in producing results / growth
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Creative and hands-on
  • Detail-oriented yet flexible to adapt to an ever-changing industry and work environment
