Overview:
Boston IVF is hiring Vice President of Operations (VPO) to oversee the clinical and clerical operations of Boston IVF.
Primary Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the VPO oversees and directs daily practice to include patient care, clinic operations, administrative operations, and a variety of physician and ancillary surgical care activities.
Acts as a liaison to the COO for operating practices at Boston IVF and partner centers in accordance with the company’s operating and strategic goals, and works with the COO and CFO to plan and monitor annual budgets.
Optimizes patient satisfaction by ensuring effective and efficient delivery of patient care and communication. This includes ensuring staff and operational issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Directly oversees the Director of Clinical Operations and the Administrative Manager, indirectly responsible for all clinical and clerical staff.
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree required, either MBA, MHA or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years’ management experience in outpatient healthcare setting.
Experience in managing multi-center healthcare operations and multiple departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $132,091.00 - $148,452.00 per year
