Oline is looking to hire an experienced content creator with a next level creative attitude and ability!

Must be a team player, self-starter, highly motivated individual who can work well with products and likes to have fun!

REQUIREMENTS :

You are a Video Content Creator with 1+ years of experience with an extreme passion (dare we say obsession?) for digital video and content creation

• You possess excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills

• You’re full of ideas and not afraid to throw out an embarrassingly bad one

• You have no problem finding the balance between scrappy and quality

• You thrive in a throw-spaghetti-at-the-wall / startup environment

• Can operate an iPhone, DSLR, and/or a variety of cinema cameras

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects etc)

• Mastery of Tik Tok's in-app editing / text / gfx functions)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• For the most part, you’ll be producing, editing, filming, and directing video for a variety of social platforms (Tik Tok, IG, and YouTube)

• You’ll be collaborating with talent, influencers, and brands across a variety of different verticals and will need to navigate each of their highly specific needs

• You might be producing a mega-mansion house tour for YouTube one day (doing home research, hiring crew, overseeing edits) and creating a branded Tik Tok the next (ideating, interfacing with the brand and talent, filming, editing, and finally scheduling and posting the video to the app)

• You’re getting s**t done, whether you’re taking the lead on a project or supporting our CCO with larger IP and media initiatives

Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
