This is not a sales position, but Sales experience can be helpful

The Vehicle Exchange Assistant will work with new and existing customers by answering their questions about inventory, product, service and financing options. The primary focus is customer retention via quality communication and service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Meet with customers to determine the best vehicle for their needs
• Provide advice and help customers as they trade their current vehicle
• Maintain good communication with the customer throughout the entire process
• Provide Daily customer follow up using our Customer Relationship Management system
• Provide Quality communication with Management
• Nurture enriching relationships to ensure successful referral business
• Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications for the role include:

• Prefer one or more years of Auto Sales Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Elead/ CDK experience a plus
• Great Computer and phone skills a must
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
