After carefully reviewing your resume, we would like to formally invite you to our by-invitation-only Group Interview Session on Thursday, September 23rd at 6:00pm EST. This is a virtual video event, please be prepared to be on camera.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Open availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
• Ability to work 24 to 30 hours per week Part Time
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for Full Time

If you meet the above minimum qualifications, please follow these steps to confirm your interview at Tesla:

• Our coordinator will send you a confirmation email with more instructions up to 24 hours prior
• Ensure that you are available for up to 1 hour during your group interview

FAQ’s (Miami Design District - FL)

Compensation:

• $17-19/hr (same for full time and part time) + eligible for quarterly team bonuses.
• Performance evaluations every six months and compensation evaluations every year.

Store Hours:

• Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Sunday 12:00am -6:00pm

Pre-planned vacations:

We are willing to accommodate pre-planned vacations but moving forward, time off is typically blocked during EOQ Deliveries in March, June, September and December. Those are our busiest times of the year and we prefer open availability as much as possible. However, you will still receive national holidays off when the store is closed, e.g. Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
