Volunteer Manager

  • Brief Intro

The Volunteer Manager is responsible for all aspects related to volunteers at the Neighborhood Center

  • Essential Job Duties
  • Provide a consistent and welcoming presence for the volunteers at the Neighborhood Center
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communications with volunteers
  • Develop and maintain an organized method to volunteer schedules, including a database of backup volunteers.
  • Recruit, interview and place applicants for volunteer work
  • Job Type (Circle or Highlight each choice)

Full or Part Time Exempt or Non-exempt Regular or Temporary

  • Location – include Program, Region, and City

Northern, Neighborhood Center, Wheeling

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to track and analyze data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
