Overview:
The Vice President of Human Resources (HR) provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's multi-state HR operations and is responsible for defining, developing, implementing, and managing strategic human resources initiatives that align with the Company's business goals. This position will be responsible for the strategic leadership of all aspects of HR Business Partnering and serve as a thought leader in advancing organizational capabilities and effectiveness in a continuous growth environment. The Vice President, Human Resources is also a strategic business partner to the COO and other ELT members and serves as point of contact for general HR related business needs and people‐related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Develop plans, goals and objectives for human capital, including but not limited to strategies to develop, and retain top talent and strong leaders.
- Develop and implement plans to effectively resolve people and/or organizational issues as needed.
- Provide strategic partnering, mentoring, coaching and leadership development to management team.
- Champion culture change and drive initiatives to promote employee engagement.
- Support talent development including the identification of development opportunities for employees, partnership on the identification of development solutions, and the execution of organization-wide development programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies in partnership with the compensation team with a lens of creating plans to meet business goals
- Support internal communication plans to support business goals and cultural strategies.
- Advise Executive Leadership Team on change‐management messaging and communication strategies that support initiatives such as program rollouts and organization structural changes.
- Develop and manage company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state and federal employment laws related to health and safety, labor/employee relations, recruitment and selection, benefits, payroll, etc. (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA).
- Oversee and manage HRBP team
Minimum Education
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or equivalent experience
Min Experience
Required:
- 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience (Healthcare environment preferred)
