Oil Changers is hiring a VP of Marketing and Sales as a full-time job in Austin, TX, El, Paso, TX, or Pleasanton, CA.

As the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, you will develop and implement the corporate marketing strategy across all key go-to-market channels, including stores, direct sales, and website. Additional responsibilities include creating and scaling account-based marketing strategies to expand and enhance relationships with commercial and retail customers. VP must be able to identify key investment vehicles to enable the expansion of marketing spend by up to 25%.

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in consumer marketing, retail, or CRM marketing

• 6+ years of people management, teams up to 7 people

• Experience managing agencies/third-party providers

• Strong data acumen, with the ability to synthesize data and insights

• Extensive project management experience

• Manage test-and-learn investments, identifying and monitoring key initiatives

• A bias toward action and have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
