POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Position Title: Vice President of Marketing

Classification: Full-Time/Exempt/Salaried

Location: Support Center Office- Blue Ash, OH

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for demand generation across all channels. The strategic direction and execution of all digital and traditional marketing, social media, and advertising for Range USA will flow through this person. The individual will work closely with senior leadership of the company and will lead the internal marketing team. This role will be part of the B2C customer database, planning, development, testing and optimization of customer engagement programs across multiple channels (email, mobile, direct mail, etc.). This role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management including developing and driving the personalization roadmap, campaign test and learn plans, and campaign operations and reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead all Marketing Department functional areas, including CRM, Digital, Advertising, Content and Design.
• Grow awareness and traffic, and key digital channels (SEO, Paid Marketing and CRM)
• Craft and execute specific communications programs—advertising, social media, etc. which are cost-effective and appropriate to the needs of the business and the target audience
• Responsible for the overall Range USA Brand Development, to include consistency of the brand and visual identity across all graphic and digital formats.
• Analyze and interpret market and audience data (including, but not limited to, print promotion analyses and web analytics).
• Effectively report results of marketing campaigns to the executive leadership team
• Negotiate and manage all external agencies’ relationships and service agreements.
• Responsible for the in-store graphics development that supports the overall customer experience strategies.
• Keep the company’s advertising budget
• Responsible for the career development, succession planning and annual objectives for direct reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred
• 7+ years relevant marketing and advertising.
