US Wired (recently acquired by Quatrro Business Support Services) is searching for an experienced remote-based VP of Sales. This position, which is critical to the growth of the business, is a “Hunter” sales role and is very well supported across the organization We are looking for someone who has a demonstrated talent in “getting to the decision maker”. We would also like someone who understands how to synthesize data quickly in order to drive relational selling across various verticals.

As the VP of Sales, you will:
- Be a Player / Coach initially selling new MSP and cloud hosting deals and then building a sales team.
- Generate a new flow of sales leads and convert them into revenue.
- Achieve mutually agreed-upon sales targets.
- Develop a Strategic Sales Plan which includes strategies, goals, quotas, tracking mechanisms, and analytics.
- Provide detailed, timely, and accurate sales forecasting.
- Implement scalable sales processes and procedures.
- Excel at training, mentoring, and inspiring sales reps to meet their quotas.
- Instill in the new sales team USWired’s unique culture.
- Design sales staff compensation and incentive programs.
- Coordinate and lead needs analysis and scoping initiatives with the customer.
- Leverage support organization as needed to create value-based solution offering (value-based pricing and scope).
- Own and present formal proposals and lead negotiations with the prospect. Coordinate complex decision-making/lead negotiations processes and overcome objections to closure.
- Be responsive to customer needs and follow through on all aspects of customer requests, both written and verbal in a timely manner.
- A good understanding of outsourced IT services, consultative selling, and experience selling a service versus a product.
- At least 2-4 years of outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success in large revenue targets
- Previous MSP experience
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales plan.
- A high degree of persuasiveness and initiative; ambition and results oriented; and strong skills in prospecting, planning and delivery, analysis and problem solving, adaptability, and building and maintaining relationships.
- A rolodex/network of potential clients is a plus.
- The ability to travel 15-20%
