Quarry Hill, Midcoast Maine’s premier extended care community for Adults 55+ has an immediate need for a full-time Wait Staff Lead to join our care team in our Food & Nutrition Services department. This position will provide oversight of the Quarry Hill Dining Room. The Dining Room features a fine dining experience for our community members during which a four-course meal is served each evening. In addition to the evening dining experience, the position will include a Sunday brunch seating with morning/early afternoon hours. Quarry Hill also hosts monthly wine & cheese events and birthday functions and the ideal candidate will play a role in these events as well as helping the Chef and Supervisor with meal selection. This is a great opportunity for someone with fine dining experience that is looking for a creative & stable work environment with evening and day shift hours.
