Come join our team! San Remo Restaurant & Pizzeria located on the Connecticut Antique trail in Woodbury, CT is looking for a part time or full time Server / Waiter.

Must be friendly, punctual, and a team player. Restaurant experience preferred but not required. We are a fast paced, busy restaurant that takes reservations and has a waitlist. Our Servers / Waiters are paid minimum waitstaff wage plus tips. Weekly tips can average between $200-$450 depending on shift availability and scheduling.

Please include current shift availability in response! Must have weekend availability. Role Responsibilities Include:

• Taking customers’ food and drink orders
• Working with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
• Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations

Pay: CT Minimum wage plus TIPS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Requirements:

• At least 21+ years of age.

• At least 1-year of experience in the hospitality experience.

• Ability to work nights including weekends/holidays.

• Alcohol and wine knowledge a plus

• Knowledge of Restaurant POS Software

• Ability to understand and work with a sense of urgency.
