Spend your summer working at the most popular restaurant in downtown Coeur D'Alene. We are currently accepting walk in interviews for Line and Prep Cooks. • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
• Maintain Positive Work Attitude under Pressure.
• Work in a high volume work environment.
• Providing a knowledgable, friendly experience to all guests.
• Being able to maintain a good attitude through high volume, fast-paced environment to meet all guest needs throughout their experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
