Truck Team Member (Drivers) $16.00 per hour

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Team. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny, blue trucks.

• Hours: Hiring Immediately for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Warriors! Applicants must be able to work a minimum of 2 shift per week (shifts avg. 11-12hrs).

• We operate 7-days a week but you earn full time hours working 4 days! One weekend day per week is required from any staff working 3+ days.

• Pay: $16 per hour. Overtime available, Tips (daily) and Performance Bonuses (Monthly). We expect high level performers to earn 40k+ in their first year. Pay increased based on Career Progression Chart. You hit the markers, you earn more.

• Benefits: Medical, Vision, Life Insurance & Dental coverage options after 2-months. Company Matched 401(k) after 6 months. Two weeks PTO after One Year.

• Offices in Millburn and Denville NJ.

About you:

• Drivers must be 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes) with a good driving record for at least 3 years
• Non-drivers must have an open availability ($14 per hour base plus tips and commission post training)
• Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record
• A positive, friendly attitude
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly over a 10+hr shift
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or professional driving experience a plus!
