The Delivery & Warehouse Specialist is responsible for carrying out equipment deliveries and performing basic install functions of printers/copiers for our business customers. Our delivery drivers are one of the first points of contact with our customers outside of our sales reps. We value outstanding customer service and face to face customer communication to ensure that we leave our customers with a great first impression!

This position is Monday through Friday with occasional overtime opportunities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment (copiers, printers, etc.) to customers and internally in a timely and safe manner using a large box truck or van
• Be well organized, maintain a daily log, and fill out paperwork neatly and accurately
• Be detail orientated
• Good communicator and responsive
• Good time management skills
• Be willing to work early morning hours/overtime
• Backup to warehouse duties as needed

Ideal candidates will have:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers license in the state of your residence
• Must be able to safely drive a 26’ box truck
• Must be able to read and hear well enough to communicate clearly with employees and customers
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and use stair climber & pallet jack for heavier equipment
• Must be able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and crouch
• Must be able to push/pull up to 75lbs.
