Job description
Staffmark is seeking qualified and motivated Warehouse Assembler to work at a growing and successful insulated panel system manufacturer in Piney Flats, TN. The Warehouse Assembler will be responsible for handling and assembly of material. Possible areas one could work in as a framing assembler include door shop, frame skin, panel finish, and foam based on need, skills, and assignment.
Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime
1st shift is from 6 AM to 4:45 PM
Starting pay for 1st shift is $14-$16/HR depending on experience.
Starting pay for 2nd shift is $16-$18/HR depending on experience.
Retention bonus of $1K with $250 after 30 days and $750 after 90 days!
Job Responsibilities of Warehouse Assembler:
- Retrieval and handling of material.
- Assembly of product made in assigned work area.
- Possible framing and construction.
- Possible crating and packaging.
- Perform and log quality checks to ensure accuracy of product.
- Use a variety of hand tools.
- Work quickly but mindfully with minimal errors/mistakes.
- Maintain a clean and safe production area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements of Warehouse Assembler:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but NOT required
- Some assembly/production experience preferred
- Steel or composite toed shoes required
- Ability to read tape measure @ 1/16” scale
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
