Your role

The Warehouse Associate will perform functions related to product readiness for patient utilization on a wide range of rental and customer owned medical products. This is where we transform healthcare together by cleaning, disinfecting, operational function checks, and minor repairs of Baxter and non-Baxter products.

What you will be doing

• Ability to load, unload, and move wheeled medical products using appropriate processes and safety techniques.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds using appropriate processes, including accurate safety and ergonomic procedures.

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs to Baxter products to accurate problems pertaining to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or cosmetic features, unassisted.

• Preform routine cleaning & maintenance procedures on various Baxter medical devices and products.

• Troubleshoot and evaluate any needed repairs. Perform routine cleaning & preventative maintenance on Baxter products.

What you will bring

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with medical devices and/or FDA regulated products preferred

• Previous mechanical/hands-on experience preferred

• Schedule flexibility/on-call

• Occasional overtime required

• Good written and verbal communication skills

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $19.23 - $28.85. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
