As a Warehouse Associate you will be the key component of ensuring all customers receive their product quickly, accurately and safely. You will support the pick and pack functions of the operation, perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy and take a hands-on, team centric approach to running a multi-functional, fast paced and dynamic warehouse.
Our warehouse is located in DUMBO, Brooklyn and currently operates Monday-Friday.
What You'll Do:
- Pick, pack and process ecommerce and wholesale orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse and workspace
- Quality check all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive and stock incoming deliveries
- Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve and optimize current processes
- Be an expert in all warehouse processes and procedures
What You'll Need:
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products, use of hand trucks, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification a plus
