Position - Packaging & Warehouse Associate

About us:

We are a small e-commerce distribution company that buys and redistributes products within the Sporting Goods industry all throughout the United States. We are a small but rapidly growing group that wants to expand. Currently, we consist of ~12 employees ranging from warehouse personnel, packers, stockers, marketers, and finance. Responsibilities:

This position we are looking to fill is one over several in an integrated team that supports a wide variety of tasks associated with e-commerce sales on Ebay, Amazon, Walmart and other venues. This position’s direct responsibilities will include some of the following:

• Be part of a team responsible for picking orders, preparing workstations, organizing & stocking our warehouse, inventorying incoming shipments, moving pallets, cleaning isles and packaging orders when necessary.
• Ensure tasks are performed with adherence to shipping regulations and company procedures
• Maintaining a clean workspace by helping break down boxes and removing excess trash from order filling area daily.
• Other tasks may include designing warehouse flow charts, completing inventory evaluations, managing part-time employees.
• Available to work in the mornings. This is critical as operations begin at the start of the day.

Given the work is performed at a warehouse, this position may require long periods of time standing. While not difficult, most duties are repetitive in nature, require attention to detail and must be completed quickly in order to keep up with scheduled order fulfillment.

Working well with others and ability to multitask are very important. Flexible schedules are available; dependability and attention to details are of the utmost importance.

Pay: $15-17.50/Hr based on experience with potential growth.

Experience & Requirements:

No prior experience in our industry is necessarily required, however, we require for a candidate to be willing to learn while having a positive attitude. This is an active job role and has very minimal computer type work. Here are some of the other requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required for employment
• Able to lift 50 lbs (moving boxes)
• Able to work quickly while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Availability to begin work 8am or earlier
• History of success in prior positions
• Honest and dependable
• Willing and able to assist other team members as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
