Rush ReCommerce, in partnership with The Rush Market, receives online customer returns, utilizes specialized software to inspect and value the products, resells through physical and online retail, and brings tremendous value to retailers and vendors.
We are seeking a motivated, passionate, self-starter for our local fulfillment center. Online customer returns are directed to one of our local fulfillment centers for detailed inspection and resale on the Rush Market marketplace, shipping to customers across the nation and offering local customers curbside pickup.

In this role you will focus on:

  • Receive products and unload trucks at the loading docks
  • Processing product to make it sellable to our customer which includes product check in.
  • Product check in: unbox, identify, inspect, tag, and locate the appropriate area or prepare for transfer
  • Pulling product for online orders for pickup or delivery
  • Pack product into boxes and protect breakable items from damage in transit
  • Uses proprietary inventory software to track, process, sort, store, organize all products
  • Operate pallet jack/hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to assist in the picking and packing process
  • Support the online order picking process
  • Ability to clearly communicate needs or issues directly related to daily tasks with immediate supervisor, team members, and other departments
  • Cycle counting and controlling inventory integrity
  • Maintain product identification and location

Qualifications:

Experience as a warehouse or store picking associate or similar position preferred.

  • High School Diploma.
  • Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
  • Ability to multi-task & complete multiple assignments.
  • Ability to remain focused on tasks.
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Maintain reliable attendance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to listen to verbal instructions and work independently.
  • Must be a team player.

Physical Demands:

  • Requires periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
  • Ability to stand for 6+ hours.
  • Warehouse environment can expose Team Members to temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
  • Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 50 and 100 pounds on a consistent basis (includes bending, twisting, crouching, kneeling, and balancing).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate variations in temperature required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
