Warehouse Loader

Objective: This position will serve as the Warehouse Loader for Clark Beverage Group, Inc. This warehouse loader position will support the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor through the management of inventory (inbound receiving, outbound loading, backstock replenishment, and pick area replenishment). In addition to various administrative tasks and other duties as deemed necessary to deliver the companys goals.

Job Description: As the WL, this position will report directly to the local Warehouse Supervisor and coordinate collectively with them to support the execution of the budget. As the WL, you will be responsible for the loading and unloading of product and dunnage, whether that be onto or off of wrap stations, trucks, trailers, backstock and/or pick locations. Additionally, maybe requested to help support with the building of orders for customers, inventory management tasks, and jockeying of trucks on and off the docks.

As Clark Beverage Group Inc, represents multiple geographic locations within its territory, some travel may be required for meetings and or training.

Key Skills: Familiarity with the warehouse organization, the ability to influence, coaching, attention to detail, relationship building skills (wiring) to include networking with other people within the organization and associated vendors. Strong verbal and written communication skills, Multi-tasking and time management, Collaboration for value, Proficiency with EoStar, Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and general computer skills.
