Hours: 3:30PM -2:00AM
The Warehouse/Aftermarket Helper will be responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products. Responsibilities may also include receiving incoming shipments in accordance with company Receiving Procedures. Assisting with the operations in Aftermarket Department. Filling sales orders, kitting parts, processing shipments. Look at orders in our new LN system, an ERP system we use for inventory, production, and shipping. Training will be provided. Pulls parts according to customer and shop orders and delivers parts to designated staging areas and even package orders to ship.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety procedures
Fills emergency back orders and delivers to proper location
Receives incoming shipments and compares products to information recorded in the computer system, purchase orders and receiving documents
Examines shipments for discrepancies in quantity and description, and reports problems to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner
Must be willing to work overtime, as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma/Ged Equivalent
One year of general warehouse/distribution knowledge
What Will Put You Ahead?
Vocational School
Three years of manufacturing or warehousing operating experience, proficiency with material handling equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Problem solving skills and ability to complete assigned responsibilities with minimal direction. Ability to learn and operate receiving system software and demonstrated technical skills for safe operation of industrial equipment. Strong communication skills and ability to work positively with inside/outside personnel and cross-functional areas.
