To support our rapid team and business growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor at our 1 Year New food grade temperature-controlled warehouse in Holland, MI.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will initiate, direct, coordinate and monitor individual and team activities that promote the highest levels of Customer Service and Continuous Improvement in our Key Performance Areas - Safety, Quality, On-Time Performance, Productivity, Profitability, and Team Development.

Essential Duties of the Warehouse Supervisor include

• Primary oversight and accountability for an assigned Warehouse Team including Team Leaders, Trainers, and Material Handlers
• Creating and maintaining the optimal safe work environment
• Planning, organizing and execution of daily receiving, storage, shipping, inventory control, and other value-added services
• Results-oriented, maximizing individual and team performance, productivity, and development
• Continual driving to attain the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications of the Warehouse Operations Supervisor include

• High School Diploma min, college or trade school education preferred
• 4+ years of hands-on leadership experience in warehousing and distribution
• Experienced in safe operations of various lift truck equipment
• Valid State Driver's License
• Food grade warehouse operations experience
• Proven success of leading in a team safely in a service environment

Working Conditions: Office setting and hands-on multi-temperature warehouse environment, leading team operations in temperature ranges from outside ambient to -10 degrees F). Cold-Link provides cold weather gear for warehouse staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Varied Schedule: Availability including day, evening, and may include an occasional weekend as projects or customers require.

Base Pay Range: $55,000 to 60,000 per year
